Jacob Landry is President of IOS. He graduated from Erath High School and studied at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. He is married to Hannah Falgout Landry, of Delcambre, and lives in Erath with his family, including his son Jack and daughter Jules, where he is a founding board member of Quality Sports Authority, a non-profit based in Erath that works to prepare young athletes for the highest level in life and sports. He is a partner at Enviro, IOS’ sister company.
Earl Landry

We just gave the police department their second canine dog. His name is SundaRay, after my wife's dad. The first one, we named Boo, after me. Everybody who knows me well calls me Boo.”

Earl Landry began his career in the oilfield with Texaco in 1969. During his tenure with Texaco he was a mechanic meter man, operating pumping stations, working on compressors and pumps repairing and overhauling natural gas engines. He landed in Marketing and Sales for Bailey Equipment Rentals covering jurisdiction from Louisiana to East Texas. In 1980, Earl founded Industrial and Oilfield Services, Inc. renting equipment, treating reserve pit water and pumping mud and water from reserve pits in the Tuscaloosa Trend. In 1988 after the ups and downs, Industrial & Oilfield Services Inc. survived the industry’s lack of activity from 1980 to 1988. Earl began the consulting side of the business in the construction area overseeing drilling locations and drill site cleanup from Louisiana along the Gulf Coast to South Florida working with major and independent operators. Since then IOS, Inc. has grown in serving the industry with multiple disciplines.
Jeri Theunissen

Jeri Landry Theunissen is an IOS partner. She graduated from Erath High School and earned a degree in history and political science from Louisiana State University. Jeri has 19 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a landman. She is married to Marcus Theunissen, originally from Jennings. They live in Lafayette and have two children, Kade and Emma. Jeri is an active volunteer with many organizations and is treasurer and board member of St. Thomas More Parent-Teacher Club.
Slade Sanders
VP of Operations
28 years’ experience in the petrochemical, oil and gas industries. In depth experience in industrial plant maintenance, new construction, major turn-arounds, fabrication and installation. Slade has served in several different capacity’s such as estimating manager, project manager, construction manager, Vice-President and President with various construction and consulting firms. Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism Slade has continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability. Slade currently oversees and manages IOS’s inspection, consulting and project management groups.

Vance Landry is a partner of IOS. Vance graduated from Erath High School and attended the University of Louisiana Lafayette. He is married to Kim Touchet Landry, also of Erath. They have four kids: Kaitlyn, Shelby, Sophia and Cobyjake. He is Vice President of Erath High School Bobcat Backer Club, a board member for Quality Sports Authority Spring Bash fundraiser and a volunteer coach for Quality Sports Authority Athletics. Vance is president Enviro, sister company of Enviro.
